Not pleased at all on how long it took for this purchase transaction to take. Especially when I had the cash. I’ve bought alot of cars in 35 plus years and this was the worst. It seems others were getting out quicker than me. 2 1/2 hours to buy a car is unreasonable and they knew I was coming so they had a 2 plus hour heads up.
Fantastic experience. I set up my appointment online, on the run. Drove my vehicle into the shop and had a seat. Probably there a total of an hour. Comfortable waiting area, no pressure, helpful staff. I'll definitely be back.

The guys in the service department have been wonderful! It's an hour drive for me, they get me in & out in record time! Pricing is fair. Waiting area is comfortable & clean.
Everyone was kind and so helpful! We had our kids with and everyone was so understanding! Especially our sales man Tim while showing us the new vehicle his patience was great while our 3 kids were screaming in the background!
I’ve always had nothing but a positive experience dealing with diamond GMC and I will continue bringing my vehicle there whenever I have issues they are prompt and always make sure I try to have a loaner vehicle since I am a sales person and need to have a rig to continue doing my job.
